yup. it sucks. started when i was 19 like a ton of bricks. the beginning was the worst because it happened every night for 6 months straight. got to the point i was afraid to go to sleep and i stayed awake for almost 4 days.
doesn't happen any more on the scale that it used to, but never really went away. like most people who go through it to such an extent, you get used to it. but for me, personally, that scared sh*less feeling never goes away.
